First: Complete the purchase and shipping process

· When to get an application

After you successfully complete your order, our customer service team will verify your data and contact you as soon as possible - within 24 to 72 hours - by telephone or SMS based on the successful completion of the purchase and based on the data entered in your order during the purchase as well as the delivery time described in the spouse of each product.

· Shipping and delivery method

- When you have completed the preparation of purchases for shipment, you will receive a text message stating that the order is on its way, including the time of arrival at your home and the details and number of the shipment as well as the contact details of the delivery representative.

- If the address is unclear, you will receive a call from the shipping representative to ask for address details

- If the shipping company attempts to deliver three times without successfully reaching you for any reason, the order will be cancelled with the accompanying responsibilities and expenses incurred by the customer.

 Instructions for receiving goods from your furniture company

The goods received can only be opened after payment - in the case of cash payment at delivery - so the item cannot be rejected or returned with the same delegate after opening it, so the customer must receive the item even after paying for it before opening it and in the event of any defects in the industry or other problems the customer must prove it on the form attached to the delivery permission and contact customer service and follow the necessary steps to return or replace the product

Furniture products are excluded as follows.

· Product inspection is available before payment to confirm product details.

· The product can be rejected immediately by the delegate if it differs from the display on site or is in the event of total or partial damage without incurring any costs.

· Do not pay if the product does not conform to the site specifications.

· If payment and receipt are made, this means that the quality of the product is approved and that it is in line with your expectations.

Security points

· Goods must be delivered to the customer's address (home or workplace). Therefore, we inform you that goods cannot be delivered in public places such as streets, restaurants or public cafés.

· If the payment is by his credit card, the customer must receive the item himself and prove his identity to the company representative by showing his personal card.
